Join our growing team of arboriculture professionals
Plant Health Care Foreman
Pay Range: $25–$30/hr DOE
Lead PHC crew, conduct site assessments, manage treatment schedules, mentor technicians. ISA Arborist or pesticide applicator license preferred.
Plant Health Care Technician
Pay Range: $20–$25/hr DOE
Apply fertilizers, pest treatments, and soil amendments. Assist with diagnostics and client communications. Training provided for the right candidate.
Tree Climber
Pay Range: $25–$40/hr DOE
Perform technical tree work including pruning, cabling, and removals. Must have climbing experience and be comfortable working at heights. CTSP or ISA Arborist certification a plus.
Groundsperson
Pay Range: $20–$25/hr DOE
Support climbing crews with rigging, chipping, cleanup, and equipment operation. Great entry-level position with opportunities to learn tree work and advance.
